Garlic and Parmesan is a tasty classic flavor combination in each chicken mini meatloaf along with the sauce on the top. These meatloaves are great for dinner.
We had been obsessed with these juicy chicken meatloaves. You know that I had a recipe for the they, whenever they request me to create it as soon as they ended the first batch.
I believe that it’s the combination of sauce along with the succulent meatloaves. The creamy Parmesan sauce is excellent and it is really simple to make also. Only a couple ingredients, a couple moments cooking, and you also have really an addicting, tasty sauce.
Recipe Notes:
Gluten-Free: you may use 2 pieces of gluten-free bread rather than bread crumbs from the real meatloaves.
For the sauce, I simply remove the flour all together, but if you do want to thicken the sauce, use gluten free flour or 1/2 tbsp corn starch (combine corn starch with a splash of cold water before adding to heavy cream).
